ADHD and autism are sister disorders, and more and more evidence is coming out linking them! (Google "ADHD and autism" and you'll find a bunch of articles. There are too many for me to list here and I wanted to go and grab some that may help you more :) )

Also having ADHD, it is really underestimated and not feeling "neurodiverse enough" is a common feeling in ADHDers. Including me before I knew I was autistic.
