I figure as long as I'm not making jokes at the expense of the victims, it's a fair shot. :) (And with the ridiculousness of the murderers in this case, I feel like I had to jab them with words.)

Humans have had dark humor for a long, long, long time to cope with things. It's normal. It's uncomfortable, but I feel like humor helps us grapple with discomfort too.

Anything can be taken the wrong way because there are some people looking to take things the wrong way. Haha. I try to keep writing anyway just because people like you comment so much more. :)
