I love this, but I want to add that over-explanation is an ADHD and autism trait. Or reacting a bit out-of-proportion. Sometimes, it is important to pay attention to how someone’s behavior is normally.

I do like articles like this because I have issues telling what anyone’s intentions are. So any insight is helpful! But I always like to add a note that these behaviors are sometimes not unusual!
